Tony Naqvi, MCSD
Founder & Design Principal
Tony is a multidisciplinary designer, mentor, and public speaker, with over 20 years experience in Saudi Arabia working with local and global public and private sector brands.
Tony is a champion of responsible and human-centric design; his work emphasises combining cultural heritage with a modern outlook, and utilising design as an integrated business practise that promotes conscientious growth.
He is a visiting lecturer at the Princess Nourah University Art & Design Faculty in Riyadh, and regular speaker, panelist and judge at design events in Saudi Arabia.
Amongst others awards, he is recipient of the Queens Award for Enterprise, VES Award, and Golden Stevie.
Selma Khurshid, BSc (Hons), MBPsS, PGDip Law
Strategy Principal
Holding degrees in both Psychology and Law, Selma has a wealth of experience understanding people and organisations, behaviour and performance.
She is a forensic planner and analyst, and brings local insight and relevance to all the work we do.
A keen strategist, Selma ensures we connect audiences with brands appropriately, and with purpose.
Selma has previously worked in local government, law enforcement, and healthcare, and is a member of the British Psychological Society.
